Refund Policy

FunnelBundle offers a free trial where users can use the service. The trial period of 14 days is designed for the customer to be able to test and create a website to their liking before committing a paid subscription service. For that reason, we do not provide refunds once payment is made.

Within the 14 day trial period of the subscription, customers can cancel their account at any time and for any reason without their credit card being charged (the 14-day free trial)

On the 14th day, payment will be completed.

No refunds are offered for completed payments.

After the trial period:

The subscription can be cancelled at any time and no further subscription payments will be taken. There will be no full or partial refunds offered for any reason for completed payments.

Cancellation of subscription can be completed in the following ways:

1. Directly by the user in their profile.

2. Via email at admin@funnelbundle.io.

3. Via Live Chat on our site (click the 'Chat with us' button in the bottom-right part of any page on the site). Providing a user submits their email address for verification of the account.
